During the reading of the Salem witch trials I leaned that just a hand full of people can cause a lot a trouble. I also learned that a whole lot of people got accused and died for something that they did not even do. If those girls were just claiming to be witches just for show or attention I don’t know why they would not have just come out and confessed before almost half a town got killed for something some of them did not even do. After reading this it just leaves me to wander if the house slave Tituba was really a witch or if she was trying to put on a show for the girls and was just trying to scare them. After reading this I wonder if there really were witches back in Salem or if it was all just a big mix up, and if there really were witches if any of them escaped. I wonder if there really are witches in the world I may never know but just the thought that there could be kind of scares me. I’m glad I wasn’t living In Salem around the time of the witch trials because I would not want to be falsely accused of something I did not even do and then have to hung or burned with out having any way of proving my innocence to the people. And then go down in the town history and be remembered and be made mockery of for some thing I wasn’t or for some thing I did not even do. Because my family and all the generations to come would have to be looked down apone.

BULLYING IS WRONG!!!

Bullying goes on in many places especially schools. I think it is wrong and should have stronger consequences.
In the book Shattering Glass they also have a problem with bullying in there school, for instance a boy by the name of Lance Ashley who was popular in the school was picking on a new kid by the name of Rob Haynes by calling him a fagot.
Bullying goes on every where even at my school at Batesville High. When I walk down the halls I see people getting made fun of, people getting called names, and people just giving others a hard time. For instance , the other day there was a kid walking to his locker to put up his books when all of a sudden a football player bumped into him purposely spilling his books to the floor, calling back, “get out of the way nerd.” Seeing this I think bullying is wrong. I think there should be more consequences for bullying .I think that if there were more consequences there would be less bullying going on, then their would be less suicides and school shootings.
